Pokello Education and Training Solutions (NPC) is a non-profit organization that works within our South African education and training sector. We tailor and implement various CSI and SED-related projects in accordance with our corporate partner’s mandates.
We are committed to further educating and developing teachers, learners, and unemployed youth within our more vulnerable and disadvantaged communities within South Africa.
Our organization offers high-quality educational resources, services, training, and skill development opportunities to our supported project beneficiaries.
Our vision is to create a South Africa where every individual has access to quality-based education and training, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Education and skill development are pivotal in unlocking the potential of individuals and creating a ‘strong’, skilled South African workforce.
Pokello Education and Training Solutions (NPC) works in both rural and urban contexts, across all 9 provinces. Our head office is based in Parkhurst, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
A key component to our operations is to source and appoint qualified project managers and facilitators from the local communities in which we work.
By sourcing and training locally recruited project-based staff members, we aim to create further employment opportunities within the communities we serve.

With years of experience within the education, training, and youth development sector, Pokello’s directors have honed a deep understanding of both pedagogical strategies and administrative excellence.
Our expertise spans curriculum enhancement, instructional design, CAPS aligned material development, CSI/SED project management, as well as the conceptualization and implementation of innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms within our education sector.
